Eclectic Phylosophy

Jan's therapeutic approach is based on his belief that the body, emotions, thoughts, behaviour, relationships,  spirituality and environmental factors (including the person‘s history) are all interconnected: the same problem has their impact (or its symptoms) in each of the above mentioned seven aspects. Each of the aspects interacts with the others. Any problem can be addressed through each of the aspects: changes in any one area can lead to changes in other areas; the more areas is being targeting for the treatment, the more lasting results one can expect.
