     Jan adapted Marsha M. Linehan’s Skills Training Manual for Treating Borderline Personality Disorder and created a 12-week psycho-educational life skills group program Tune up! introducing mindfulness, stress coping skills, emotion regulation, and interpersonal skills augmented by some other psychodynamic, behavioural, cognitive, and process oriented techniques. The program is designed to support participants in experiencing greater stability in their life by improving their emotional responses and increasing their sense of inner contentment.
      He is also a co-author of the Gaining Lightness group program, a 4-week weight management program that has been co-facilitated with a Registered Dietician. The program teaches participants what, when and how to eat, and presents ways how to cope with stress, emotional eating, cravings, and self-sabotaging.
     Jan has also co-developed several group programs for the Mosaic PCN (Anxiety Management, Stress Coping. Relaxation for Better Sleep...) that have been currently successfully run by the Mosaic's mental health therapists in several locations.
